Ainsley is a recent graduate of the University of Michigan, where she studied Communications and Media as well as Business and Sales Development. A lifelong sports enthusiast and proud Michigan Football and New York Yankees fan, Ainsley has always been drawn to the intersection of sports, media, and entertainment. Before joining IF Management, she gained experience in public relations, working for Michael Kors (Capri Holdings Limited) and Thrive Global.
